Are you constantly feeling overwhelmed because you can't say no to your family or even your clients? Do you find yourself working late nights and weekends sacrificing that family time just so you can keep up with your business? Or maybe you're wondering why your clients expect you to be available 24 7 even though it's draining your energy Well, today we're going to dive into why people set those unrealistic expectations of you and what you need to do to reclaim your energy without sacrificing family or your client satisfaction. Let's get into it.

Welcome to the Inhale Exhale Success Podcast, where we help women entrepreneurs create a life they love, feel confident in their body, and build a business without burning out by equipping them with the best tools, strategies, and my proven formula every business woman must have. My name is Dee Medina, let's get started and be successful together.

Hola, hola. Welcome back to another episode. Today, we're going to talk about something that many women are struggling with and that is boundaries or lack of. So many burnt out mompreneurs have a hard time with the concept of boundaries, but they certainly know when a client's actions are just not sitting right with them and after digging a little deeper, more often than not, the lack of boundaries just stems from the lack of poor systems.

And it's not necessarily because you're doing anything wrong or because you're having difficult clients. It's about the systems in your life that haven't been implemented or even upheld And in my one on one we teach you that as a mompreneur you no longer need to tolerate those last minute zoom calls. You don't need to tolerate those 24 hour email turnaround times or those weekend meetings unless you choose to do those things Because the key insight that my clients gain is the power to control their schedule I cannot begin to count the amount of women that I've met over the last couple years who are mistakenly believing that working seven days a week is necessary to achieve multiple 4 to 6 figure months or even millionaire status. Especially the single mamas out there. They're the ones who are feeling the pressure even more intensely, having heard that they need to work twice as hard to get ahead. And I'm here to challenge that notion because working nonstop is exhausting And leads you to burnout. And I honestly believe that it's almost un fucking ethical because it prevents you from showing up as your best self for your family, for your children, for your clients, for your team, and for your results. But by implementing the tools and the skills that you need Inside of my course design your dream schedule will be so trans formational For you because it not only lightens the burden on your shoulders, But it also creates satisfied clients, repeat buyers, and what does that lead to? Of course, a boost in your sales.

For example, two of my clients recently implemented the things that they learned inside of design your dream schedule, and immediately felt relief because they got a refresher on their skills, they sharpened their tools and then later worked with me to get the language that they needed to set their boundaries with themselves, with their family and with their clients. Because your schedule is one of the most effective systems you can have in your life and business.

So, let's talk about some of the proven things that happen when you rest more. You get more leads in your business, which helps increase your creativity, which ultimately leads you to better client engagement, and best of all, it improves your sales. And unlike many other programs that preach peace. We provide actionable steps specifically designed for busy ass moms out there. My one on one helps you craft those specific boundaries for your business. We help you say no. We guide you through conversation with your kids who don't listen and won't go to bed, or writing and sending those emails to clients who are upset or needing things from you, or maybe even a team member who needs to be let go. Boundaries create space in your life and business, allowing room for exceptions that make sense for you. When you implement the boundaries properly, they ensure that you're not just reacting to those daily demands, but you're making intentional choices about your time.

For instance, if you notice that you're taking more than six hours of meetings a day isn't sustainable, then it's necessary for you to create a system to reschedule those calls. It might be uncomfortable or you might experience some fear because that's what you're used to doing, but time limits are absolutely essential for maintaining that productivity that you're striving for and avoiding burnout. Each client in our program receives a customized plan girl, you don't need to fill out your schedule to work seven days a week. I mean, I'm just about to return from a month long vacation, practically. So you can designate specific days for sales calls for coaching for hanging out with your kids or just getting some plain old rest Because when you are intentional and know the importance of time blocking, it will help keep your sanity and not to mention, it also boosts your confidence, which helps you enforce your boundaries because you will be sticking to what you say. And when you are clear about your boundaries, your kids, clients, and community will respect you more. Also, how awesome is it that you're leading by example and setting them up for success because they too will learn what healthy boundaries can do for someone's mental, emotional, physical, and financial health. for example, some of the boundaries I recently set, I stopped using my personal phone for business communication. In fact, I bought a whole new phone just so business is done during business hours and I don't have to check on it until the time that I have scheduled for it. And that for me has been such a fucking game changer because I can now stream a movie with my kid while we're spending our day at the beach and we won't be interrupted with a work notification in the middle of it.

And some of you might be feeling a little apprehensive with the thought of putting your phone down, with the thought of telling your client you have to get back to them on Monday, with the thought of just not being available 24 7. But for me, it was when I had a coaching session, and one of my coaches, who is a multi millionaire, She's getting up there to the hundred million dollar bracket once mentioned how she was out on vacation and her VA kept chasing her about emails and overstepping my coach's boundaries of her work hours. So what my coach did was she erased the entire Email inbox And her VA almost had a panic attack because of it But my coach just said the ones who had something urgent will just email again which really made me think and ask myself as a mompreneur, single mom at that, would the millionaire version of you be answering emails at all times of day? Would they be answering last minute calls or giving all their clients their personal phone number? Probably not. It's not sustainable or fair Because at the end of the day, you're a human. You have a family. You have a life. You have a business. You have business hours. And you can go on vacation. So implementing boundaries just ensures that there is fairness in your life, but also in your business. And in my one on one, you'll learn exactly how to manage your schedule and communicate your boundaries effectively and confidently because you will be equipped with the framework that will literally show you how to implement it. I'm excited for you to design your dream schedule with me and see the positive impact on your business and personal life for many, many years to come.
